Billy Corgan Reacts to John Mayer's Sexual Comments About Jessica Simpson

Billy Corgan has some harsh words for John Mayer, following the singer/songwriter's quips to Playboy magazine about Jessica Simpson being "sexual napalm."

“As far as it pertains to her. I think for any person who has celebrity to sort of drop rocks at somebody else’s feet like that -- there’s things you should really just keep your mouths shut on. There’s things that should just be left alone,” Corgan, who is rumored to be dating Simpson, tells Rolling Stone magazine.

The Smashing Pumpkins frontman believes Mayer is trying to self destruct, telling the publication, "Rather than take a year off or change his musical direction … some part of it is irritating his soul to the point where he’s trying to blow it up. Certainly a talented guy, but empathetically, standing on the sidelines, it’s hard to watch someone literally burn their career to the ground -- speaking as somebody who’s done it.”

ET has the latest...

Corey Haim funeral and memorial details have just been announced.

The late actor's agent tells ET that Haim's funeral will take place in his native Toronto, where he will also be buried.

His agent also reveals that a memorial will take place in Los Angeles.

Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood Join Tribute to Brooks & Dunn

A Who's Who of country music's top performers have been added to the list of entertainers taking part in CBS' upcoming "Brooks & Dunn -- The Last Rodeo" concert.

Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, George Strait, and Sugarland are joining the previously announced Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban.

During the tribute concert special, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn, the best-selling duo in the history of country music, will receive the Academy of Country Music's Milestone Award in recognition of their 20-year, record-breaking career. In August 2009, they announced that they will retire as a duo in 2010 and embark this summer on a final farewell tour, "The Last Rodeo."
